Palmetto Tech Solutions ("we," "us") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect through it and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and business name if you choose to include them.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site, keep it secure, and block spam. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to communicate with you about your project. We don't add you to a mailing list or sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who helps us run the site

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that helps block spam on our contact form.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our business email, where your message is stored.

These providers only process your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept in our business email for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of our conversations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@palmetto-tech-solutions.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
